Where Are Your Memories?

From St. Louis Maternity and Newborn Photographer Amber Sargent

Have you had professional photos taken of your family?

In this day and age, I am betting you have! May families do family photos either yearly, or at large milestones.

I have a question for you: where are they?

Are they displayed in your home anywhere? Do you wake up in the morning, go to the nursery to get baby, and see his sweet newborn face as you enter the room? Do your school age kids see their much loved faces hanging on the walls while they are relaxing in the living room? Do you pull out your baby’s album yearly on their birthday to show them how much they have grown?

Or are these files hidden away in your office drawer, collecting digital dust? This age of having access to digital files does indeed have its perks, but there is also a major drawback.

Are you even enjoying your images? Is anyone else enjoying them?

Moms are busy busy bees, we tend to try and do it all, and sometimes, it’s just too much! You always have good intentions to print your photos, but it’s so overwhelming!

Which ones to print? How big? What medium? Where do I print them? Will they look good? Will they last?

It’s such an easy task to get overwhelmed with, stressed about, and put to the side and forgotten.

I’m here to let you know, it’s OK! Life is hard, and life is busy. Some seasons of life are especially busy.

As a full service custom portrait photographer, my job is to provide beautiful PRINTED keepsakes of the memories from your session.

I love to do this for you so you don't have to worry about doing this on your own. I create beautiful, museum quality printed portraits for you and your family to enjoy. I have access to the very best printing labs that exist. They guarantee art that will last over 100 years. Your children will get to grow up with these items, then one day have them for themselves.

Digital files are just an added bonus to the printed portraits and truly are for archival purposes only. Digital files do have the ability to corrupt, they are not perfect.

I am not the photographer that sends you a gallery of images after your session and say's "Bye See you later!" and then never hear from me again. I do not want to leave you with files that you cannot truly enjoy. That is never my goal. My goal is to help you to choose your favorite images, then choose how your legacy will live on in print. We will create heirloom items that fit into your home and your personal style perfectly. You choose what you want, I will do all the work. I can create a gorgeous leather heirloom album, a stunning wall gallery of framed fine art prints, or a handcrafted linen box with cotton matted portraits.

If you are wanting beautiful printed keepsakes from your session done for you, I would love to help you.

If you have files hiding in a drawer that you want on your walls, please reach out to me. I promise, it will be worth it. Family memories are priceless.
